This 12-month journey is designed to bridge the gap between your studies and the professional construction industry, offering hands-on site and office experience across four provinces.
Position Details:
- Companies: TEFLA Group & CETA (Construction Education & Training Authority)
- Locations: Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape, and Limpopo
- Duration: 12-Month Internship
- Job Type: Graduate Contract

Eligible Fields of Study:
Applications are open to graduates holding a National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in the following disciplines:
- Civil Engineering
- Building Science
- Quantity Surveying (QS)
- Land Surveying
- Construction Project Management
- Landscaping Architecture
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be an unemployed South African citizen (Aged 18–35).
- Successfully completed a relevant Diploma or Degree from a recognised South African Institution.
- No previous participation in a CETA-funded internship programme.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel within your designated province.
