Candidate Profile & Minimum Entry Requirements

To qualify for this graduate training initiative, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Academic Qualification: Must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in one of the following fields:
    • Business Administration / Business Management
    • Management Information Systems / Information Technology / Computer Science
    • Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Electrical, Software, etc.)
    • Data Science / Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Graduation Recency & Performance: Graduated preferably within the last 3 years (top quartile academic performance / high GPA is preferred).
  • Employment Status: Must be currently unemployed or employed in a non-permanent/part-time role unrelated to your long-term career path.
  • Availability: Must commit to 100% full-time availability (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00) for the 2-month duration starting by the end of August 2026.
  • Technical Readiness: Access to a reliable home office environment with a high-speed internet connection to support virtual live classroom instruction.
  • Language & Mobility: Fluent in written and spoken English with a keen interest in an SAP consulting career involving domestic/international travel (0–10%).
