The Project Coordinator Intern will join 1Life’s Project Management Office (PMO). In this entry-level development role, you will work directly alongside experienced project managers and cross-functional teams, gaining practical hands-on exposure to project scheduling, stakeholder communication, administrative coordination, and project lifecycle management in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities & Learning Exposure

As a Project Coordinator Intern, you will gain hands-on workplace experience across four foundational project management pillars:

1. Project Administration & Documentation

  • Documentation Management: Assist in compiling, organizing, and archiving key project collateral, including project plans, charters, meeting minutes, and action logs.
  • Schedule Tracking: Help track project milestones, task progress, and delivery timelines against established project schedules.

2. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

  • Meeting Support: Schedule, coordinate, and organize project meetings, workshops, and review sessions across various operational departments.
  • Action Tracking: Record meeting minutes and follow up on outstanding action items with assigned team members to ensure accountability.

3. Resource & Status Reporting

Candidate Profile & Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this graduate opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Academic Qualification: A completed Degree or National Diploma in:
    • Project Management / Project Administration
    • Business Management / Business Administration
    • (or a closely related commercial/administrative qualification)
  • Employment Status: Must be a recent graduate seeking entry-level project management workplace experience.
  • Computer Literacy: Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
