Key Performance Areas & Duties

The successful candidate will actively support the human resources and training pipelines across four core performance quadrants:

  • Talent Onboarding: Assist the HR team with recruitment coordination, candidate screening, and the structured onboarding of new employees.
  • L&D Project Support: Contribute administrative and logistical backing to high-priority corporate Learning and Development initiatives.
  • System & Records Administration: Update, audit, and maintain clean learner portfolios and training records across the internal Learning Management System (LMS) and SharePoint ecosystems.
  • Skills Development Coordination: Assist with the end-to-end administration and deployment of national skills development initiatives, including internal learnerships and external SETA training compliance frameworks.

Educational Qualifications & Minimum Requirements

To maintain compliance with internal development frameworks, applicants must possess the following minimum credentials:

  • Basic Education: Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
  • Tertiary Qualification: A completed National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Technical Edge: A formal qualification, certification, or completed short course in Data Analytics.

  • Citizenship: Valid South African citizen possessing a green barcoded ID or smart ID card.
  • Background Check: Must possess a clean, verifiable criminal record.
  • Relocation Readiness: Must be willing and able to work on-site at the offices in Bryanston.
  • Advanced Tech Stack: Exceptional computer literacy across MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Advanced MS Excel skills are a firm requirement, specifically the ability to create, format, and develop complex analytical spreadsheets.
  • Modern AI Skills: Demonstrated ability to research and effectively leverage modern AI tools and digital productivity programs.
