Over the 24-month developmental lifecycle, graduates will focus on four core competency pillars:
1. Technical Specialization

- Business Projects: Complete business-driven projects supervised by senior subject matter experts.
2. FutureFit Competency Building
- Core Soft Skills: Master high-demand modern workplace skills, including analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, digital fluency, resilience, and navigating complex business environments.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications
To qualify for entry into the Santam Graduate Programme, candidates must meet all of the following criteria:
- Age Limit: Aged between 22 and 30 years.
- Work Experience: Maximum of 1 year or less of formal work experience (entry-level / recent graduates).
- Academic Qualifications: Hold an undergraduate Degree or Postgraduate Degree (Honours welcome) in any of the following fields:
- Finance / Commerce / Risk Management
- Computer Science / Data Science / Information Systems
- Actuarial Science / Mathematical Statistics
- Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical) or Law
