This programme is designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical site execution, offering candidates real-world exposure on active construction build sites under the mentorship of registered engineers, project managers, and safety officers.

Candidate Profile & Minimum Entry Requirements
To qualify for this CSDG learnership intake, applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
- Academic Qualification: A completed National Diploma, Higher Diploma, BTech, or Bachelor’s Degree in any of the eligible disciplines listed above (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Building/Construction Studies, Health & Safety, Environmental, or Quality Control).
- Locality: Based in or able to commute reliably to project sites in and around Polokwane, Limpopo.
