Career Advice for Clicks Applicants

  1. The “Zenoti” Factor: Zenoti is a specialized software often used in the spa, salon, and wellness industry. Since Clicks has an extensive beauty and clinic footprint, mentioning any experience with Retail ERP or POS systems will give you a massive advantage.
  2. Accuracy Over Speed: The job description mentions a “perfectionist’s eye.” In retail data, one wrong decimal point in a price file can cause a massive financial loss across hundreds of stores. Highlight your Quality Control (QC) methods in your application.
  3. Excel is King: “Advanced proficiency” usually means you should know how to use VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Data Validation to clean up messy supplier spreadsheets. If you have a certification in Advanced Excel, lead with it.
