Key Responsibilities & Rotational Pillars
Over the 24-month structured development path, participants will deliver outcomes across four core business pillars:
1. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Operational Optimization: Analyze supply chain, port operations, and warehousing metrics to identify process bottlenecks and efficiency gains.
- Predictive Modeling: Build data models and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making across DP World’s African footprint.
2. Business Process Integration
- Cross-Functional Rotational Placement: Gain hands-on exposure across Ports & Terminals, Logistics, Marine Services, and Technology teams to understand end-to-end trade workflows.
- Project Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-impact initiatives pushing technology adoption in global logistics.
3. Performance Tracking & Strategic Reporting
- Executive Reporting: Prepare operational dashboards and KPI reports for executive stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Support continuous improvement projects based on quantitative performance data.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
To qualify for entry into the GROW Graduate Programme, candidates must meet all of the following criteria:
- Academic Qualification: Must hold a BSc in Business Analytics (or be in your final year of study, expecting qualification completion in 2026).
- Academic Performance: Maintained an overall aggregate pass mark of at least 65%.
- Work Experience: No previous formal work experience (entry-level / fresh graduates only).
- Future Study Plans: Must NOT intend to pursue further full-time studies in 2027.
- Availability: Ready to start full-time on-site employment on 1 February 2027.
- Location: Willingness to work on-site in Midrand, Johannesburg, Gauteng.
Recruitment & Selection Process
Candidates will undergo a 4-step selection pipeline:
