The Role: VCA Intern
As a VCA Intern, you will be embedded into a project team serving clients across the Sub-Saharan Africa region. You will spend your three months moving between Data Science (finding the story in the numbers) and Management Consulting (presenting that story to executives).
Key Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Research: Gathering internal data from VisaNet and external market research.
- Analysis & Modeling: Conducting deep-dive data analysis and building Excel models to test business hypotheses.
- Insight Development: Translating raw data into strategic recommendations for clients (e.g., how a bank can reduce credit card fraud).
- Deliverable Creation: Developing high-quality PowerPoint decks and white papers for client presentations.
- Client Engagement: Supporting senior consultants in workshops and presenting your findings to stakeholders.

- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Economics, Business, Finance, IT, or Engineering).
