Key Responsibilities & Practical Training
During your training, you will gain practical, structured experience in:
1. General Office Administration & Operations
- Document Management: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, handle office record-keeping, and update administrative registries.
- Operational Support: Assist with routine office tasks to support smooth day-to-day business operations.
2. Customer Service & Client Communication
- Client Engagement: Serve as a professional first point of contact, answering general inquiries with a friendly, welcoming approach.
- Digital Messaging: Manage client communications, appointments, and updates via WhatsApp Business and email.
3. Data Capturing & System Processing
- Data Integrity: Capture customer details, order requests, and operational records accurately into internal office systems.
