The Central Human Resources Division is inviting passionate, hard-working graduates into its fast-paced corporate infrastructure. This highly competitive internship provides deep exposure to large-scale retail HR systems, recruitment pipelines, industrial relations, and employee wellness initiatives.

- Employee Relations Support: Assist HR managers with basic compliance research, performance tracking documentation, and operational planning.

Career Advice for PEP Applicants
- Address the Experience Paradox: While labeled a “Graduate Internship,” PEP explicitly requests a minimum of 2 years of HR experience. If you worked part-time during your studies, handled student assistant duties within an HR department, or completed previous administrative contract work, make sure those 24 months of exposure are calculated clearly on the front page of your CV.
- Highlight Your Google Suite Capability: Retail giants move fast and heavily depend on live, shared documents. If you are highly proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms for real-time collaboration, state this explicitly in your technical skills summary.
- Confirm Your Relocation Readiness: The posting lists a unique intersection between Centurion and Newcastle. Use your cover letter or introductory profile summary to explicitly declare your geographic agility and readiness to deploy across PEP’s localized operational offices.
