Our Human Resources department is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented HR Intern to integrate into our fast-paced Germiston corporate office. This structured 12-month program serves as an immersion platform for a recent graduate, offering real-world workspace exposure and active mentorship from seasoned HR professionals. Operational Scope & Learning Tracks
Under the direction of senior HR managers, the Graduate Intern will rotate through core Human Resources practices, supporting the business across three foundational quadrants:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Support
- CV Verification: Assist with high-volume recruitment pipelines, sorting applicant resumes, setting up interview schedules, and gathering essential compliance documents.
- Onboarding Administration: Support the preparation of new-hire starter packs, corporate policy induction sheets, and onboarding checklists.
2. Employee Relations & Information Governance
- Data Integrity: Maintain absolute precision when updating digital and physical personnel files, leave logs, and employee registers.
- Confidentiality Frameworks: Handle sensitive human capital documentation, strictly protecting information security and private employee data.
3. Human Capital Administration & Reporting
- Material Design: Utilize digital tools to format human resource reports, compile internal team memos, and design PowerPoint presentations for corporate policy reviews.
- Communication Bridge: Act as a professional touchpoint for internal staff queries, coordinating smoothly with external team members and operational leads.
