The Opportunity
The Armscor Talent & Development Programme is a two-year intensive program designed to transform recent graduates into specialists within the defense technology environment. You will work on sophisticated systems ranging from maritime and landward defense to aeronautics and cyber security.
Eligible Qualifications
Armscor is looking for candidates with Diplomas or Degrees in the following fields:
- Mechanical & Mechatronics Engineering: Focus on hardware, robotics, and defense systems.
- Electronics & Electrical Engineering: Focus on sensors, communications, and power systems.
- Geoinformatics / Geospatial Sciences: Focus on mapping, intelligence, and terrain analysis.
- Computer Science / IT / AI / Software Dev: Focus on cybersecurity, automation, and AI-driven defense software.
Requirements
- Must be a South African Citizen.
- Age: Under 35 years.
- Clear criminal record (Security clearance is a standard part of this role).
- Willingness to relocate (Most roles are based at Armscor HQ or research facilities like Protechnik).
