Career Advice for CSIR Applicants
1. Understand the “Dual Bottom Line”
Unlike a private firm, the CSIR cares about Profit AND Social Impact. In your application, highlight your desire to contribute to “socio-economic prosperity.”
2. Research the “NextGen” Cluster
Before the interview, look into what the Next Generation Enterprises and Institutions cluster actually does. Mentioning a recent CSIR project in your interview shows you are proactive and genuinely interested.
