Residing inside the specialized Glacier Product Architecture (GPA) hub in Rosebank, the Analyst Developer Intern will report directly to the Lead Product Engineer. This is not an observational internship; you will join a high-performing, fast-paced, agile product engineering team tasked with building secure, enterprise-grade wealth applications. You will be fully immersed in all phases of the system development lifecycle (SDLC), helping to design, build, test, and support robust front-end interfaces, back-end logical layers, and system integrations.
Technical Scope & Engineering Responsibilities
Under the active mentorship of senior software architects and the Lead Product Engineer, the intern will drive production-level code and automated configurations across three core domains:
1. Full-Stack Development & Architecture Paradigms
- Agile Iteration: Solve complex technical problems within an active Agile/Scrum team, sizing user stories considering structural implementation complexity.
- Code Crafting: Produce exceptionally well-organized, optimized, maintainable, and thoroughly documented source code using structural design patterns.
- Stack Application: Leverage a premium corporate technology stack featuring C# (.NET), SQL Server, JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, and Apex.
2. Modern DevSecOps & Cloud Infrastructure Automation

- Container Infrastructure: Assist with cloud automation task scripting using Docker, Kubernetes, PowerShell, and Groovy.

- Version Control Architecture: Manage branching, merging, and pull request repositories in Git, setting up strict automated quality gates to ensure team compliance.
3. Test Engineering, Quality Assurance & Governance
- Framework Testing: Apply structural unit testing frameworks, performing comprehensive integration, verification, and code validation testing using Moq and MsTest.
