The Role: Operational & Strategic Support
As a Business Management Intern, your role is to act as the “connective tissue” between different departments. You will support the leadership team in streamlining processes, ensuring that daily operations align with the company’s broader strategic goals.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Operational Coordination: Assisting with daily business activities, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Business Intelligence: Conducting market or internal research and preparing reports that directly influence management’s decision-making.
- Performance Monitoring: Helping to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identifying bottlenecks or areas where efficiency can be improved.
- Project Support: Participating in the lifecycle of project planning—from initial brainstorming to implementation and final documentation.
- Cross-Functional Support: Rotating through or supporting sales, customer service, and operational teams to understand the full business value chain.
