We are seeking ambitious, passionate Software Development Graduates to join our core Development team. In this entry-level engineering role, you will work closely with senior developers and solution architects across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)—building modern web UIs, developing C# backend APIs, managing SQL databases, and supporting cloud deployments.
Key Responsibilities & Daily Deliverables
As a Graduate Developer, you will contribute across four core technical areas in an Agile environment:
1. Full-Stack Web & Desktop Development
- Frontend Development: Build responsive, interactive web interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Backend Services: Develop secure, performant business logic, microservices, and desktop modules using C# / .NET.
2. Database & Data Management
- Database Design: Write, optimize, and maintain relational database queries, stored procedures, and scripts using Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Data Integration: Assist in connecting frontend UI applications to database engines via RESTful APIs.
3. Agile Collaboration & Code Quality
- Agile Ceremonies: Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and code reviews.
- Testing & Debugging: Support unit testing, system debugging, and resolution of software defects to ensure high quality and reliability.
4. continuous Learning & Skills Growth
- Technical Upskilling: Learn and apply modern design patterns, cloud architectures, and secure coding practices under direct senior developer mentorship.
Candidate Profile & Minimum Entry Requirements
To qualify for consideration for this graduate program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualifications:
- Completed or final-year degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related IT field (Essential).
- Technical Exposure & Passion:
- Demonstrated foundational knowledge of or eagerness to work with:
- Frontend: Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3.
- Backend: C# / .NET Framework / .NET Core.
- Databases: Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
