Key Responsibilities & Internship Development
The Software Development Graduate will participate across four core engineering pillars:
1. Full-Stack & Java Software Engineering
- Application Development: Design, code, test, and deploy software features using core programming languages, with a heavy emphasis on Java.
- Code Review & Quality: Participate in peer code reviews, ensuring adherence to clean code standards and system architecture rules.
2. Modern Tech Frameworks & Tools
- Framework Training: Receive structured training in new programming languages, modern frameworks, and cloud-native development tools.
- Database & API Integration: Build RESTful APIs and write optimized database queries for enterprise applications.
3. Agile Team Collaboration
- Project Delivery: Work within cross-functional agile teams to deliver software sprints and system enhancements.
