Retipuj Zoft is recruiting a motivated Software Engineer (Full-Stack) Graduate (Ref: RZ-26-002) to join their distributed remote engineering team. Designed for ambitious tech talent, this graduate programme offers hands-on experience across the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC), working alongside senior engineers on front-end, back-end, API integration, and cloud-based projects.
Key Responsibilities & Full-Stack Engineering Duties
The Full-Stack Software Engineer Graduate will execute fifteen core development deliverables:
1. Application Development & Coding
- Front-End & Back-End: Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across client and server-side environments.
- Clean Code: Write clean, readable, modular, and maintainable code following modern software engineering principles.
2. API Integration & Databases
- API Engineering: Assist with developing, integrating, and consuming RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Database Operations: Work with relational (SQL) and/or non-relational (NoSQL) databases to structure and query application data.
3. Testing, Debugging & Deployment
- Quality Assurance: Participate in software testing, identify code defects, debug technical issues, and implement robust fixes.
- Deployment Support: Assist with application deployment, version control (Git), and ongoing maintenance activities.
4. Agile Collaboration & Research
- Agile Sprints: Participate actively in Agile/Scrum development activities, code reviews, and sprint planning.
- Emerging Tech: Research and learn new programming languages, cloud tools, and AI technologies relevant to assigned projects.
Candidate Profile & Minimum Entry Requirements
To qualify for consideration for Reference RZ-26-002, applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:
- Educational Qualifications:
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree, BTech, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Mandatory).
- Note: Final-year students completing their qualifications are fully encouraged to apply.
- Work Experience:
- No professional software engineering experience required (0 Years Experience).
- University programming coursework, capstone projects, or personal coding projects will be considered.
- Technical & Analytical Competencies:
- Basic understanding of programming fundamentals and software development principles.
- Strong logical, analytical thinking, and systematic problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new programming languages and technologies rapidly.
- Advantageous Skills (Not Mandatory but Beneficial):
- Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or C++.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Exposure to back-end frameworks (Node.js, .NET, Java Spring) and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, Git version control, and cloud platforms.
- Exposure to artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning tools.
