What You Will Do
As an IBMi Operations Shift Controller, you will be the first line of defense for critical server infrastructure:
- System Monitoring: Monitor IBMi server performance and system alerts to ensure stability.
- Technical Support: Assist with incident resolution, service requests, and basic technical queries from end-users.
- Data Centre Operations: Support dashboard monitoring, execute backups, and perform basic system maintenance.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate operational documentation and follow escalation procedures for high-level issues.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to security protocols and participate in continuous learning initiatives.
