The Role: Remote Sales & Conversion
You will be the voice of LawnStarter for customers in the United States. This is a fast-paced “call center” environment from your home, focusing on converting warm leads into long-term subscribers.
- Lead Conversion: Managing over 200+ inbound and outbound “warm” calls weekly.
- Consultative Selling: Explaining service benefits and upselling recurring lawn care plans to U.S. homeowners.
- Objection Handling: Confidently navigating customer concerns to close sales during calls lasting 6–15 minutes.
- CRM Management: Maintaining precise records of every interaction using Google Suite and VoIP tools.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: High School Graduate (College degree preferred).
- Experience: At least 2 years of telesales or BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) experience.
- Language: Native or near-native level of written and spoken English.
- Technical Gear: * PC/Laptop (Core i5, 8GB RAM minimum) with a camera.
- Dual monitors (Required for multitasking).
- Noise-canceling headset.
- Connectivity: Primary Ethernet connection (25 Mbps) + Backup connection (10 Mbps).
