Key Responsibilities & Learning Areas

As an IT Graduate Intern, you will assist the engineering and support teams in keeping client infrastructures running optimally.

  • First & Second Line Support: Learning to log, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and basic connectivity issues reported by users.
  • Systems Maintenance: Assisting in the setup, deployment, configuration, and structural updates of computer systems, networks, and communication peripherals.
  • Software Installation & Patching: Learning to deploy enterprise software applications, run system updates, and ensure basic cybersecurity protocols are maintained at workstations.
  • Asset & Inventory Management: Helping to document, tag, track, and maintain accurate records of all corporate IT assets and software licenses.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
