Requirements & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
During this 12-month program, you will gain hands-on exposure to critical business functions:
- Quality Management: Assist with Non-Conformance Report (NCR) management, tracking actions, and engaging stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Operational Support: Support daily CCC and CSQ activities while gaining exposure to end-to-end customer experience processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to root cause analysis, data analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to improve service quality and resolve customer issues.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure process discipline, accurate documentation, and adherence to global quality standards.
