Located at Bosch’s South African head office in Midrand, learners gain hands-on operational experience, corporate mentorship, and a monthly stipend while supporting daily financial operations.
Key Responsibilities & Practical Workstream Exposure
Under the mentorship of the Bosch Finance Department, the successful candidate will gain hands-on training across key financial and accounting functions:
1. Financial Administration & Ledger Support
- Accounts & Invoicing: Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing.
- Document Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling statements, bank accounts, and internal ledger entries.
2. Reporting & Compliance Support
- Financial Tracking: Help capture, summarize, and archive financial records for audit compliance and internal reporting.
- System Data Entry: Maintain accurate financial records across corporate accounting systems.
3. Departmental Collaboration
- Team Support: Work alongside experienced finance professionals to deliver administrative support for daily corporate operations.
Candidate Profile & Entry Requirements
To qualify for this TVET Work Integrated Learning opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Academic Qualification: Completed an N6 Certificate in Financial Management (or equivalent Finance TVET stream) with an official Statement of Results.
- College Requirement: An official letter from your TVET College confirming that you require 18 months of in-service workplace training to obtain your National Diploma.
- Identity & Citizenship: Valid South African ID (SA Citizen).
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, attentive to detail, eager to learn corporate finance workflows, and reliable.
- Location: Able to commute to Midrand, Gauteng.
