Role Overview & Career Tracks
This 12-month programme in Sunninghill, Johannesburg (starting 1 March 2026) offers two distinct paths:
- Software Development Track: Focuses on SYSPRO’s evolution into Cloud-based environments. You will work with modern development tools and cloud technologies to build the next generation of ERP.
- Technical & Functional Consulting Track: This is for those who enjoy problem-solving and business logic. You will learn how to configure and support SYSPRO software to meet the specific needs of different businesses.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must hold a completed degree in one of the following:
- BSc Information Technology / BSc Computer Science
- BCom Information Systems
- BSc Software Engineering
- Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT)
Key Responsibilities
- ERP Foundation: Building deep technical knowledge of how the SYSPRO platform functions.
- Operational Challenges: Applying classroom theory to solve real-world technical and business obstacles for clients.
- Collaboration: Working within a multi-disciplinary ecosystem alongside senior developers and consultants.
- Professionalism: Developing “Consulting Confidence”—the ability to explain technical solutions to business stakeholders.
