About the Programme & Inyapa Vhusiku Consulting

Inyapa Vhusiku Consulting is inviting interested and eligible South African youth to apply for their 12-Month New Venture Creation Learnership Programme based in Krugersdorp, West Rand.

Starting in October 2026, this SETA-aligned learnership is structured to equip aspiring entrepreneurs, business administrators, and community leaders with practical business management skills, financial literacy, operational planning, and venture startup capabilities.

Key Responsibilities & Learning Modules

Learners will participate in classroom training and practical business application across four core pillars:

1. Business Planning & Venture Creation

  • Business Plan Development: Learn to draft, refine, and present viable business plans and operational models.
  • Market Research: Conduct market feasibility studies, target audience profiling, and competitor analyses.

2. Financial & Operational Administration

  • Financial Literacy: Understand basic bookkeeping, cash flow budgeting, costing, and financial record-keeping for small enterprises.
  • Resource Management: Manage business equipment, inventory, and office administration workflows.

3. Marketing & Customer Relations

  • Product & Service Promotion: Develop basic marketing, sales, and customer service strategies to drive venture sustainability.

4. Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) & Compliance

  • Accreditation Requirements: Complete all theoretical assessments, practical workbooks, and PoE submissions to earn a recognized SETA qualification.

Candidate Profile & Minimum Entry Requirements

To qualify for consideration for this learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Age & Demographic Profile:
    • South African citizens aged 18 to 35 years (Mandatory).
    • Open to candidates of all races.

  • Educational Qualifications:
    • Grade 12 / Matric Certificate or equivalent NQF qualification (Preferred).
