Key Responsibilities & Rotation Workstreams
Throughout this graduate development initiative, participants will deliver results across key business areas:
1. Rotational Project Execution
- Cross-Functional Projects: Rotate through key business units to gain end-to-end exposure to MTN’s operations, business models, and technical platforms.
- Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to solve real-world operational challenges.
2. TechCo & Digital Innovation
- Solution Deployment: Support the research, testing, and deployment of innovative digital tools, telecommunication services, and fintech products.
- Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve existing workflows and enhance overall customer experience.
3. Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret operational data to support decision-making processes across different business functions.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on project milestones to department stakeholders.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
To qualify for entry into the MTN Global Graduate Programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Academic Qualification: Completed Bachelor’s Degree, BTech, or Advanced Diploma in any academic discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, Data Science, Human Resources, or Supply Chain).
- Work Experience: Recent graduates with 0 to 2 years of full-time post-qualification work experience.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning capabilities.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
