Designed for curious, tech-minded graduates and final-year students, this program offers intensive hands-on training built around Cloud Support Builder standards. Key Responsibilities & Daily Support Operations
During the 6-month program, Cloud Support Associate Interns will engage in the following core deliverables:
1. Customer Case Resolution & Troubleshooting
- Support Engineering: Solve real-world customer technical cases via live chat, email, and telephone channels.
- Root Cause Analysis: Apply systematic diagnostic techniques to investigate application, database, and network issues.
2. Engineering Tooling & Process Automation
- Development Projects: Design, build, and deploy internal tools, scripts, and applications to streamline support workflows.
- Global Collaboration: Partner with fellow AWS interns and service teams globally on process improvements and contact deflection projects.
3. Certifications & Skill Development
- AWS Accreditations: Complete formal AWS certifications (e.g., Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect – Associate).

Candidate Profile & Minimum Entry Requirements
