The Opportunity
Absa is looking for motivated South African youth to join their learning programme. This is a dual-purpose role where you spend time in formal training (learning the theory of banking and business) and workplace experience (applying that knowledge in a real Absa branch or office).
What You Will Do
- Learning: Participate in structured training interventions to gain new skills.
- Workplace Experience: Gain hands-on exposure to how a major bank operates.
- Support: Assist customers and team members with daily tasks.
- Admin: Handle basic reporting, tracking, and documentation.

- Education: Successfully completed Matric (Grade 12).
- Age: Must be under the age of 25.
- Status: Must be currently unemployed.
