Position Details:

- Salary: R400,000 – R580,000 per year (plus yearly bonuses)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Build: Develop automation tools and frameworks that simplify complex business operations.
- Identify Inefficiencies: Spot high-impact opportunities where automation can remove “work friction.”
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead projects from initial idea to launch, deployment, and maintenance.
- Data Storytelling: Present insights and recommendations using data visuals to show the measurable impact of your tools.
- Scale Solutions: Create future-ready tools that work across different business areas.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4–6 years in a tech environment (Full-stack focus).
- Coding Skills: 2+ years of programming in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Frameworks: Experience with React, Angular, or Vue (Frontend) and Node.js (Backend).
- Databases: Solid SQL knowledge (data modeling, query tuning).
- Methodology: Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma.
- Bonus (Desirable): Experience with the Google Ecosystem (Workspace, Apps Script, Cloud) and REST APIs.
