Cassava Technologies is offering a 12-month Graduate Programme starting 01 July 2026, placing graduates across its Liquid Intelligent Technologies and Africa Data Centres operations in four South African cities.

What You Will Learn
Twelve months inside Africa’s leading data centre and connectivity business offers exposure that is genuinely difficult to find elsewhere on the continent:
- Engineering graduates will gain hands-on experience in data centre infrastructure, electrical systems, mechanical cooling systems, power management, and facilities engineering in a mission-critical environment
- IT and Computer Engineering graduates will work with enterprise networks, connectivity infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cutting-edge data centre technology
- Finance and Accounting graduates will gain exposure to corporate financial management, reporting, and budgeting within a large multinational technology group

Key Requirements
- Completed degree, BTech, or Diploma in one of the listed fields
- South African citizenship or valid work authorisation
- Strong academic record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Computer literate — Microsoft Office essential; field-specific tools are an advantage
- Analytical thinker with a genuine interest in technology and Africa’s digital economy
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team
- Willingness to be placed in one of the four listed cities — flexibility is an advantage
