About the Role & Opportunity

Talent 101 is recruiting an organized, detail-oriented HR Administrator to manage daily on-site human resources operations for a facility in Nasrec, Johannesburg.

This role serves as the central administrative engine for site personnel—managing weekly timesheet verifications, employee digital records, access control administration, interview scheduling, and general office support. Candidates living in or near Nasrec will be strongly prioritized for rapid site access and daily commute convenience.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Operational Duties

The HR Administrator will oversee six primary administrative workflows:

1. Time & Attendance Management

  • Timesheet Verification: Verify weekly employee timesheets, log working hours, cross-check overtime, and submit finalized timecards to payroll.

2. Personnel Records & Compliance Archiving

  • Document Management: Perform scanning, electronic filing, and physical recordkeeping for all employee contracts, personnel files, and compliance records.
  • Policy Audits: Maintain updated employee files, policy acknowledgments, and organizational structure charts.

3. Site Access & Financial Administration

  • Access Control: Administer employee site access cards, biometric access permissions, and visitor access logs.
  • Acknowledgment of Debt (AOD): Process and track AOD forms, payroll deductions, and employee financial administrative requests.

4. Recruitment Support & Switchboard Assistance

  • Interview Logistics: Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and assist with candidate onboarding documentation.
  • Switchboard Relief: Provide professional switchboard relief and reception coverage when required.
