Program Structure & Core Responsibilities
Learners will participate in structured theoretical studies while gaining hands-on, on-the-job training in insurance sales and client support:
1. Microinsurance Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Product Promotion: Educate individuals and underserved communities on affordable microinsurance and financial protection products.
- Needs Assessment: Interact with clients to recommend suitable, budget-friendly insurance coverage that matches their needs.
2. Client Lifecycle & Administrative Support
- Application & Policy Processing: Assist clients with completing application forms, managing policy queries, and guiding them through claims processes.
- Record Keeping: Accurately capture client information, track sales data, and ensure neat administrative records.
3. Community Outreach & Financial Literacy

Candidate Profile & Minimum Entry Requirements
