Available Streams & Minimum Requirements

Candidates must hold a recognized undergraduate qualification aligned to one of the following specialized pathways:

1. Finance Graduate in Training (GIT – Finance)

  • Eligible Degrees: BCom or BBusSci in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent qualification.

2. Operations Graduate in Training (GIT – Operations)

  • Eligible Degrees: BEng or BSc Engineering in Industrial, Petroleum, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.

General Skill Requirements:

  • A strong, clean academic record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical mind with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive attitude paired with a genuine willingness to learn and adapt.
