Career Advice for Micros SA Applicants
- Understand the Product: Micros isn’t just “computers.” They provide the systems used by Oracle Hospitality. Research what a POS (Point of Sale) system does in a busy restaurant—this shows you’ve done your homework.
- The YES Mindset: The YES programme is about growth and discipline. In your interview, highlight your eagerness to learn and your resilience. They want to see that you will make the most of this 12-month “foot in the door.”
- Local Context: Since this is Johannesburg-based, mention your familiarity with the city’s business hubs. Being reliable and punctual is a core requirement for YES candidates.
