The Engineering Graduate Program 2026 is a structured, accelerated career development initiative designed to integrate entry-level engineers into complex marine construction and offshore engineering projects. Eligible Engineering Disciplines
Applications are open to fresh graduates and junior engineers across the following core technical fields:
- Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering: Ship design, stability analysis, hull structural integrity, vessel propulsion, and offshore marine operations.
- Mechanical Engineering: Subsea machinery, hydraulic systems, offshore piping, cranes, and heavy lifting equipment maintenance.
- Electrical & Electronic Engineering: Offshore power generation, high-voltage distribution systems, marine automation, and subsea instrumentation.
- Civil & Structural Engineering: Subsea structural design, fixed platform jacket analysis, marine foundations, and coastal construction.

Key Responsibilities & Rotational Exposure
Under the guidance of Senior Project Managers and Technical Specialists, graduate engineers will contribute to:
1. Technical Design & Project Engineering
- Engineering Calculations: Perform structural, mechanical, or electrical load calculations for offshore installations and vessel upgrades.
- Drawing & Blueprint Review: Analyze, review, and adjust technical engineering drawings, CAD models, and vessel blueprints.
2. Offshore Execution & Site Support
- Offshore Operations: Assist project teams during subsea pipeline installations, platform hook-ups, and marine construction campaigns.
- Commissioning & Testing: Support inspection, testing, and quality assurance protocols on marine equipment and subsea assets.
3. Project Controls & Safety Compliance
- Reporting: Compile technical daily logs, project progress reports, and safety compliance documentation.
- HSEQ Standards: Strictly adhere to international maritime safety standards, environmental regulations, and offshore health protocols.
Candidate Profile & Selection Criteria
To qualify for entry into the 2026 graduate intake, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Academic Qualification: Completed Bachelor’s Degree / BSc / BTech in one of the following engineering fields:
- Naval Architecture / Marine Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Construction Management
- Work Experience: Fresh graduates OR candidates with up to 2 years of professional experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Primavera, or discipline-specific modeling tools) and Microsoft Office.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, effective communication, willingness to work in marine/offshore operational environments, and high adaptability.
